A shapely oak Spanish console table with highly decorative iron stretcher, circa 1920. Rich, warm oak with fanciful scrolling lyre-shaped legs on either side, angling in at the top in typical Spanish fashion. The legs are joined by a long iron scrolled stretcher with twisted segments. A large, round scrolled iron piece connects the stretcher with the underside of the table. Floor to apron measures 28", 45" between legs. Great as a console table, can also be used as a desk.
Condition: Good vintage condition. Some minor discoloration, surface scratches and water rings, some fills, all expected for its age and use. A little crack on one foot. Minor rusting on iron.
