A delightful petite chest of drawers in the French Empire style, circa 1920s. Exquisite flame mahogany veneer creates fantastic visual interest, especially on the top and front of the chest. The commode rests on bracket feet and features four drawers with brass key escutcheons and brass drop handles with lion heads. A great storage piece that could be perfect as a nightstand.
Condition: Very good. Minor wear and discoloration at top. Natural age cracks on side. One plank of wood replaced in back.
