circa: 20th Century
An elaborate handmade vintage wreath of immortelles in glass beads from the Loire region of France. Crafted in the form of a vertical bouquet, the flowers are constructed of meticulously strung glass beads in subtly shifting tones of purple. Six large flowers are surrounded by numerous leaves in purple and blue, all supported on a frame of sturdy wires wrapped tightly in purple thread. Will make a beautiful hanging decoration.
Condition: Missing one of the blue leaves, some natural aging to the thread and wire.
