A pair of forged iron fireplace andirons from the south of France, circa 1940s. Both have a small raised pair of legs in the front supporting a square post with two twists at the center. These posts are capped by a large decorative cup made of three curved bands holding a single iron ring. Straight posts in the back to hold logs.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with minor rust in a few places.
