A very handsome pair of Italian Art Deco marble obelisk lamps, circa 1930. White marble with light gray veining is carved into unadorned obelisks, just under 14" tall and with a slight taper at the top. Both obelisks rest with their corners perched on brass balls, separating them from their marble bases. The six inch square white marble bases taper in and rise about two inches, echoing the obelisks, creating a stable foundation. New modern, rectangular white linen shades finish the lamps. They have been recently rewired to US standards.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Some light wear at the edges and a few corner chips. Some color variation on the brass, typical for its age.
