French Copper Poissoniere <p>A wonderful rustic copper and iron poissoniere fish kettle from France, 19th century. The hand-hammered and brazed copper trough has a turned over lip which holds an iron rod frame. A swinging wrought iron handle stretches the length of the poissoniere, with curled ends and a little raise in the center for balanced carrying. It has a great age patina and will be a beautiful accent or storage piece.</p>

Condition: Good rustic antique condition. Some verdigris, tarnish and rust on the metal surfaces, as well as lots of bumps and dings due to its hand-made nature.
