A rustic glazed terracotta olive jar from Provence, circa early 1900s. Heavy terracotta pot with broad shoulders and a slightly tapered base, wide mouth and two small handles near the top. The interior is glazed in a mustard yellow, the exterior is a speckled ruddy brown. The base is bare and unmarked. Great accent piece.
Condition: Good rustic antique condition. Glaze loss in some areas and loose glaze edges surrounding.
