French Blue Ceramic Pitcher with Flowers <p>A vintage glazed ceramic pitcher in deep blue with hand painted flowers, French circa 1930. Lovely round form with a wide belly over a short pedestal base, tapered neck and flared mouth with pour spout, short handle at the back. The exterior is glazed in a deep, rich blue and the interior in a contrasting creamy, light yellow. A large stylized bouquet graces the front, hand-painted in thick glazes of green, cream and rust, all of which look fabulous against the deep blue. The base has a thin yellow glaze and is hand-marked 314.</p>

Condition: Very good vintage condition. One tiny chip on the side and light glaze wear at the interior neck.
