Two framed Napoleon III era landscape drawings of a French lake and river, circa late 1800s. The drawings are graphite on paper, with one scene of a tree-lined Brevenne river and a little boy standing on a little island in the center, and the other a detailed rendering of the Hautecombe Abbey on Lake Bourget. Both drawings are signed "Bertrand" in the lower right portion of the image. The frames are carved, gilt wood with acanthus and laurel details. Simple wire hangers across the backs.
Condition: Good antique condition. Some age wear and fading on frames. Few age spots and a little warping on the paper. Typical imperfections in the very old glass.
