A pair of Murano teardrop chandeliers in chrome and blue glass, circa 1970. They are made in the style of Paolo Venini, but are not signed. Each has three candelabra lights at the center, attached to the bottom of a chrome plate with a wide beveled rim. From the top of this plate thirty spindly curved arms sprout up and over like a fountain. Every arm holds a roughly 6.5" glass teardrop in a beautiful aqua blue. Another fifteen aqua teardrops form an inner ring, attached to the light plate. Actual chain and canopy add 24" to fixture. Rewired, recommended maximum of 40 watt bulbs.
Condition: The glass teardrops are handblown, and by their nature are not all identical or fully consistent in size. One socket cover is slightly bent, but is not very noticeable and does not impact functionality. Slight color variation in some metal areas..
