A very large Venetian cut glass mirror from Lyon, circa 1950. One sizable center mirror is hemmed in by two long side panels and two horizontal panels at the top. The panels are joined by three round mirrored connectors with tiny scalloped edging, all pieces are held in by metal clip brackets along the outer edges, with a pine wood back. A combination of sunburst and starburst etched detailing runs through the side and top panels. These pieces also feature scalloped outer edging and shapely cut interior edges, in a motif reminiscent of mustaches. This swanky mirror used to hang in a salon and will be a fabulous addition to any room.
Condition: Good condition with no chips or breaks. Faded silvering in some spots, with a few being larger than others. Some cloudiness at parts and minor scratches.
