A lovely French Art Deco chandelier with a frosted clear glass globe ornate with flower, shell and geometrical design. At the center of the globe there is a cluster of stylized flowers and shells, surrounded by flutes that radiates out toward the rim, which is heavily adorned with the same shell and floral decoration. The outer edge is trimmed in high art deco graduated ribbing. The pendant is suspended with a fluted nickel canopy and rods shaped as ropes.
The fixture is newly rewired for a single candelabra base bulb, maximum 60 watts. The adjustable chain and canopy add 19.75" in height.
Condition: Very good. Some tarnishing on metal. Glass in good condition. rewired to US standards.
