An Art Deco wrought iron and Breche marble top coffee table attributed to Gilbert Poillerat, vintage French circa 1930. The colorful Breche marble top is a great foil for the geometric iron base. Rectangular in shape with lots of open work, it includes tapered legs and an apron with circles and diamonds, and a stretcher with curved ends and circles connecting. The beveled marble top is a riot of pinks and creamy yellows with pockets of bright white quartz. Remnants of deep green and gold paint remain on parts of the base.
Condition: Good vintage condition. Some spots of metal discoloration and tarnish. A few tiny chips at the marble edge and some rough spots underneath.
