A petite two-tiered Louis XVI Style serving table from France, circa early 1940. Mahogany construction with a white marble top on the upper tier and pierced brass galleries around both table tops, as well as brass capped feet. Square, tapered legs at the base and a faceted mahogany post between the tables. The marble top is 11.5" in diameter, while the lower table measures 15.75". Distance between is 14.75". Will make a great side table or display piece.
Condition: Good vintage condition with age appropriate wear throughout. Some superficial scratches on the marble top, some light verdigris and color variation on the brass, and a little wear on the wood, including a half inch burn mark on the shelf. Slight bend on brass gallery top.
