A vibrant green glass and crystal chandelier, French circa 1920. This piece brings a hit of color as well as illumination. The scrolled metal wire frame creates a dainty cage that cradles three lights and supports multiple tiers of glass and crystal decoration. Each arm is laden with chains of faceted clear glass beads. Three cut crystal prisms hang at the top tier of the frame, interspersed between nine bright green glass drops. The lower portion of the chandelier is adorned with thirty green flowers, each comprised of five faceted crystal petals. An additional thirteen verdant green glass drops hang from the bottom of the piece. An adjustable length chain connects the chandelier to a its canopy, decorated with repousse scrolls and swags. Three candelabra base bulbs up to 40 watts each. Adjustable chain and canopy adds 24" to fixture.
