Mid-Century Venetian Glass Chest with Black Wooden Frame <p>A stylish mid century Venetian mirrored glass chest of drawers with painted black mahogany frame, French circa 1950. Matte black mahogany is graced by mirrored glass sides, top and drawer fronts. Delicately curling scrolls are etched around the top and sides of the top drawer, echoed on the sides of the bottom drawer; all glass has a small beveled edge. Both drawers have double handles consisting of lucite rods contained by metal hardware. The mahogany frame has a scalloped apron and curved, attenuated legs. Panel back and aged white-washed drawer interiors.</p>

Condition: Good vintage condition. Some areas of faded and disturbed silvering, superficial scratches on the glass top. One painted over ding on the top edge, above the right handle.
