This beautiful hard bound book contains 22 volumes of the revue Paris Nouveau Illustre (303 pages) and 6 volumes of La France Nouvelle Illustree (96 pages) including the cities of Marseille, Amiens and Le Havre. Le Paris Nouveau Illustre was published in 1862 by the weekly French newspaper L'Illustration (1843-1944). Le Paris Nouveau Illustre was a special edition that was delivered complimentary to all the subscribers of L'Illustration. Each volume contains multiple maps and black and white illustrations of the city of Paris.
Condition: Very good antique condition. Appropriate age foxing on paper. Minor age wear of marble paper on cover.
