This Commode from the Napoleon III Period is made of ebonized pear wood with some discoloration and paint loss from age. The original top was probably white marble and has been replaced with beautiful French walnut. The chest has 3 drawers detailed with a subtle inlay of geometric design. Table top height is 29.25".
