This outstanding Louis XV Armoire from the Forez Region is made of blond walnut. The paneled doors have S-shaped mouldings and the interior has three shelves and three drawers. The apron is shaped and the feet curved. The frieze has a simple carving of a daisy in its center and the cornice is a double "chapeau de gendarme".
